Dr J. Bradley (Brad) Krusky

DFA Director

Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan (Go Blue!), Brad grew up in Calgary, Alberta with his family. He completed his D.M.D. at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 1993, followed by a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and Masters of Science at the University of Michigan in 1999. Brad joined a pediatric dental practice back in Calgary in 2000 and has been working there since then. He joined The Society for Third World Dental Care as a trip volunteer in 2003, and has worked in Guatemala during each years' annual mission since then. Brad shared the trip leadership in 2007 to Guatemala, and ran trips in both 2008 and2009. Brad and his wife Danni have managed much of the administration of the Organization since 2007. With the help of newly appointed U.S. and Guatemalan directors, are responsible for the annual trips to Guatemala as well as he plans to establish a permanent, comprehensive care, community dental clinic in Comitancillo, Guatemala. Brad will Officially become executive director of the Society, re-named "Dentistry For All" as of September 2009.

Dr. Rebeca Smith

Guatemala Director DFA

Dr. Rebeca Smith is a director for Dentistry for All-Guatemala division. She is a general dentist who trained at San Carlos Univeristy School of Dental Medicine in Guatemala City. Currently, she runs a private practice in Fraijanes, a town near Guatemala City, which specifically services an underserved and poor community. In addition to her private practice she supervises a national dental and fluoride program in area public schools and works for the Department of Health at the Fraijanes Health Center and Hospital offering care and educating health providers, teachers and students in dental care. She is very active in the community and believes in providing care to those who have no means to improve their oral health. Dr. Smith has been a volunteer dentist and English/Spanish translator with Dentistry For All in 2001 and is proud to represent Guatemala in this international organization.

Dr. Rob Meloff

Clinical Director

Dr. Rob Meloff is a general dentist practicing in Calgary, Alberta.  He first traveled to Guatemala with Dentistry For All in 2004 and has since been to Guatemala on two additional missions, as well as a mission to Nicaragua.  In 2008 Rob became involved in the responsibilities of requesting and gathering supply sponsorships, and in 2009 became Director of Equipment & Supplies for the organization, as well as for the future permanent clinic to be built in Comitancillo.

Dr Shane Fisher

DFA Director

Dr. Shane Fisher joined "Dentistry for All" in 2004 and has been an active volunteer ever since. He received his DDS degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry and completed his pediatric dentistry training at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin . He is a board certified pediatric dentist. He recently left a private practice in the suburbs of Chicago to pursue teaching and hospital dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin . In 2008, Shane was appointed as DFA U.S. Director and he organizes the volunteers and heads up U.S. Fundraising efforts. In 2010, Shane relocated to Guatemala for 7 months to begin our permanent efforts at providing long term care to our patients in Comitancillo, San Marcos, Guatemala.
